This online consultation allows Dr. Kim to guide you in understanding options for the goals you have in mind. If you are interested in completing an internet consultation, please carefully follow the instructions below.

Photograph procedure for virtual consultations.

Dr. Kim will need good quality pre-operative photos of you taken from 7 angles. These should be close-ups of the face and include both side views and three-quarter views, one forward facing no expression, one forward facing smiling, and one with the head tilted back, showing the base of the nose. Please follow the examples below as reference.

We will need high quality, well lit, current photos. These should be taken against a solid background with no shadows on your face.Photos from point and shoot cameras will not be accepted. We will need photos from 7 different angles.

• A side view of both sides
• Three quarter turn view, both sides
• Straight ahead, no expression
• Straight ahead, smiling
• Head tilted back, chin angle
• Close up enough that head takes up most of the frame
• Please also include any previous operative report(s)

Schedule and Fee

Once Dr. Kim reviews your photos, questionnaire, and determines you are a potential candidate for the procedure, a member of our staff will contact you and guide you further regarding participation in the online consultation. You will need a high speed internet connection and a telephone in order to participate. There is a $250 consultation fee which will be payable by credit card at the start of the consultation. The online consultation will take up to 30 minutes.
